Matthew records in chapter 21:13 that Jesus said, "My house shall be called a house of prayer."
Our church family firmly believe in lifting up prayers of worship, repentance, and intercession before our God and Savior.

this weeks prayer
Prayer from reflections on our lectionary readings in: Isaiah 6:1-8; Psalm 29; Romans 8:12-17
“Holy, holy, holy” the angels declared of you LORD God, “the whole earth is full of his glory.”
You, O God, are our maker of all heavens and earth and you are most holy.
We have been blinded so often of Your glory here on this earth.
We have been blinded.
The Psalmist wrote: “Ascribe to the Lord, O heavenly beings, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness. The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the Lord, over many waters. The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty…the Lord sits enthroned as king forever.
The Lord gives strength to his people! The Lord blesses his people with peace!”
Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit give us eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts that know your presence. Give us hearts and minds which echo the heavens and the earth of Your glory. May we together echo honor of Your Holy Name…that which gives us peace. Amen.
